The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to the purchase, ownership, and use of firearms and accessories.
-
Payment: Payment must be received within three (3) calendar days of the auction's end. Accepted forms of payment include, but are not limited to, cashier's check, money order, or credit card (subject to a 3% processing fee). Personal checks are not accepted. If payment is not received within the specified time, the seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item.
-
Shipping: The firearm will be shipped within five (5) business days of receipt of payment and a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) from the buyer's chosen FFL dealer. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Firearms will only be shipped to verified FFL dealers. The seller is not responsible for any delays or issues that may occur during shipping.
-
FFL Transfer: The buyer is responsible for arranging the transfer of the firearm through a licensed FFL dealer in their state of residence. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the chosen FFL dealer is willing to conduct the transfer and to provide the seller with a copy of the dealer's FFL.
-

-
Warranty and Liability: The seller provides no warranty, express or implied, for any firearm or accessory listed. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of the firearm and accessories, as well as for any and all consequences resulting from their use or misuse.
-
Communication: The buyer is required to maintain clear and prompt communication with the seller throughout the transaction process. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the transaction and relisting of the item.
