Superior Outlet and Pawn Shop Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Superior Outlet and Pawn Shop. We're committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. General Returns:

   • You have 14 days from the purchase date to return most goods.
   • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
   • All returns require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Tools:

   • All tool sales are final and are exempt from returns or exchanges.

3. New Items:

   • Sales for new items are final unless the packaging remains unopened. Returns for unopened new items are permitted within the 14-day window.

4. Luxury Goods (e.g., handbags):

   • Before initiating a return, luxury items must undergo reauthentication.
   • Refunds are processed post successful reauthentication. Any associated reauthentication costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Jewelry:

   • Jewelry items can be pawned or sold back to us at 50% of the original purchase price within one year of the purchase date. After this period, the offer no longer stands.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Besides tools and opened new items, any other non-returnable items will be clearly indicated at the time of sale.

7. Refunds:

   • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
   • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

8. Exceptions:

   • Alterations to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Superior Outlet and Pawn Shop management.
